SUPOSICIONES

Juan Paredes

I suppose you are never a 100% sure of understanding the message that the artist tries to transmit through their work. So, while we we observe an abstract painting, our head tends to analyse the work basing itself on suppositions...

CALLES

Colectiva

The interest in representing what is around us makes the urban landscape a referent in painting, since it became, already on the 17th century, an independent genre in the Netherlands, arriving to our recent times with the photorealistic and hyperrealistic painters.

CROMATISMO

Maycar

Eternal landscapes... Textures of sighs and longing, of water and foam... Brushing the skin of our dreaks. An ups-and-downs of colours... that wake up feelings, illusions, pasions... linked together day by day like kisses. Do you feel my heart? It's in your calm, in your fierceness... In the kiss of your sand... and of your soul.

UTOPÍA

Alicia del Río

Painting fills my life; it fills my time, which I spend looking for something. Knowing myself, the world and the relationship that exists between us. The only means of evolution is knowledge, which is the reason why I travel through the world to explorenew styles and techniques to transmit with colour my personal vision of the world.

LOS COLORES DEL SENTIMIENTO

Rufino Hernández de Gracia

Beyond forms and colours, there is a dialogue between the spectator and what they have lived to interpret the work of the artist, that is, at the same time, the interpretation of the artist's personal experiences and independent learning. The simplicity, the colourfulness and the expressive force of the ordinary things is what makes the works of Rufino Hernández de Gracia so interesting.

P. Bezanes (painting and drawing)

Self-taught painter and draftsman, he was born in Oviedo in 1969. He's been living and working for twenty-five years in a council of the Asturian mountains. comuq (sculpture)

Self-taught sculptor, fundamentally in wood.

His beginnnings as sculptor put him on the path of realist figurative art, copying directly from nature, animals and the human body. He later dedicated himself to study the craftwork of the rural areas of Asturias and the north of Castile, its sacred art, prehistoric art and the art of naturalist sculptures of tribal cultures from different parts of the world.

VOLTEARTE

Ana Sanchís

No one teaches us how to breathe, we start doing it at the same time we learn how to cry. The process of learning is sometimes an obstacle that holds creativity and subjects it to the canons. AnaSanGon's camera wants to break -and indeed does- with those ties, firstly because it is not a real camera.

RETRATOS, GRABADOS Y PINTURAS.

Teresa Fanjul

As a result of a necessity of expressing emotions and relieving the soul, this collection gives way to intimate and mundane feelings inspired by personal experiences that leave an intepretative margin to the spectator according to his own experiences...

CARITAS, CARETOS, CAROTAS Y OTRAS COSAS.

Rosette.

Wander around with a camera in your hand looking for a beautiful face, a smile, a curiosity of an era of students in times of long hair, bell-bottom trousers and curiosities, and my dear pier of Orient. Memories of more than 40 years that I hope you enjoy as much as I did back in those times that will never return.

KUMANO KODO, JAPÓN OTRO MUNDO

Daniel Ordóñez y Agadía

For more than a thousand years, people from all levels of society, including emperors and aristocrats, have made the arduous pilgrimage to Kumano. These Pilgrims used a network of routes, nowadays known as Kumano Kodo, which spread along the mountainous Kii peninsula. The walk itself was an integral part of the pilgrimage process since it included strict religious rites of worship and purification...

CABALLETE CON VISTAS

Diego Carrera
