8th February 1913 was the day the academic year started in the new Military Naval School, located in San Fernando (Cádiz), where the training of future officials of the General Staff of the Navy was resumed. In its classrooms, a total of 1,273 contenders for the Navy were trained. In January 1943 the last promotion joined the school, and during the summer of that same year, they moved to the new facilities of the Military Naval School of Marín (Pontevedra).
